My journey into the startup ecosystem began with Speedinvest Pirates, where we accelerated growth and connected founders with top investors like Speedinvest, QBIT Capital, NRV Ventures, and Fund F.

As managing director of Pirates, I focused on business development, client relationships, and team management. However, my true passion lies in stakeholder communication, storytelling, and pitching. This passion, combined with my commitment to building meaningful, long-lasting relationships, drives me to create effective fundraising processes that help founders confidently navigate seed funding.

Beyond my work at Pirates, I collaborated with accelerators like Grow F and IC2, offering pitch sparring sessions, helping founders with their startup storytelling, fundraising strategy and marketing.

One challenge stood out: early-stage B2B tech founders often struggle to secure funding, with female entrepreneurs receiving less than 2% of venture capital. Witnessing these gaps inspired me to take action.
